Product: HP Z400 Workstation

I bought this machine HP Z400 used about 8 years ago, it had no hard drive in it, so I put a Kingston A400 SSD in it, and since then I have installed at least 12 different Linux Operating Systems on it, (currently running Fedora 40 kinoite), but no matter the OS installed it has never been able to wake up from sleep, I have worked on, built, troubleshooted and networked computers since 1995 so I thought I would have been able to solve this problem by now, but I am soon going to give up, I have tried every option in the bios, although I have not tried a PS/2 keyboard, I will do that next and If that don't work I am going to install Windows back on it, and be done with it.

If you know the solution to this dilemma, please let me me know.
