Operating System: Linux

Have been working on this machine off and on for awhile.  Have changed boards, cpu, power supply tests fine, changed ram, O/S. HD, video cards. Still same problem. Fans run for a short time then ramp up. Nothing on monitor, not even bios. I'm out of ideas!
