How new? Is the HP Warranty still valid?

Are the flashes occurring in a pattern, e.g., 3 long and 5 short ????

Hopefully, your disk-drive is OK, with all your files properly stored.

You could remove the disk-drive, and connect it to a different computer, to access all your Personal Files.

I looked at: HP Desktop PCs - Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code

but I did not find any match to your pattern.     :Crying:

Disconnect the AC power, and look at the back of the All-In-One.

Is there a panel that covers the computer's RAM.

Remove the cover.

Remove the RAM.

Replace the RAM, to "re-seat" it.

Replace the cover.

Connect the AC power, and try again.

That might work, if the computer-case's on/off button is broken, i.e., not responding to any touch of the button.

Maybe.

If the lack of RAM does not cause any "beep" or the LED does not flash, then the POST (Power On Self Test) has not been successful, implying that the motherboard is the problem.

Thank you for your help
