HP all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP all in one won't boot, goes to blue screen with please wait spining around. Could someone please give me a hand to fix iit thanks

That message means that Windows Update is running -- with several possibilities.  It will either finish or it will keep doing this for a long time.  If the second happens, that means that Windows Update has crashed, and since it is not able to fix itself, you would have to reset Windows Update to get the PC working again.

 

So, you have to let it sit for a while -- couple of hours or more -- and see what happens.
