HP AIO DESKTOP 24DF0060IN HAVING TROUBLE TO BOOT ISSUE. TRIED STSTEM  RESTORE & RECOVERY SYSTEM FROM DEFAULT LOCATION & ALSO FROM  CLOUD RECOVERY. 

BUT FAIL EVERY OPTION. SO FROM HP CLOUD RECOVERY MANAGER TOOL CREATED BOOT PEN DRV BUT THEN ALSO WHILE SETUP INFO NO HDD ERROR OCCURS. 

WHATS THE SOLUTION PLZ

Already hdd diagnostic done. It's all hardware ok

May be windows 10 upgraded to windows 11 n then there is  recovery issue may occur? If s then what's the solution? & From where  do I get windows lic image?  Plz reply

Try clean installing W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

If that method works, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

The thing I don't understand is that W10 should have no problem finding the hard drive on PC's with Intel 10 gen core processors or older.

 

If you still get the no drives found issue when you clean install W10, see if installing the storage controller driver allows Windows to find the hard drive.

 

I have zipped the driver folder up and attached it below.

 

Download and unzip the file to its folder.

 

Copy the folder to a USB flash drive.

 

At the screen where W10 can't find any drives, click on the Load driver option and browse to the driver folder you copied to the USB flash drive.

 

If you check the box, it will only include the compatible driver.


Click next, and hopefully you will be able to install W10.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with that.

 

My understanding is that software only comes preinstalled from the factory.

 

You may want to contact Microsoft and see if there is anything they can do to assist.
