Hello,

My desktop is currently stuck on the HP logo and I have read about pressing control B and holding the power button to restart bios, however my keyboard does not seem to be working. I have tried a second keyboard and I’m getting the same results. Is there a way to get past the booting screen or force something to happen when I cannot use my keyboard.

The problem with the keyboard may be that it is a USB keyboard and the system has not come to a USB usable state.

Posting the model number of the HP product would be most useful, also.

Did more troubleshooting and it turns out the monitor was the problem. It seems as if the images on it would get stuck so even though the computer was booting normally all the monitor was showing me was the HP logo. I unplugged and replugged in the monitor and now everything is working perfectly!

That is odd.  I have not heard of a monitor displaying in that manner.  At least it is working, which is good news.
