HP EliteDesk 800 G6 Desktop Mini PC (8WY27AV)

i have the HP Elite mini in an enclosure.  I want it to be able to POWER ON when the external power comes back on.  NOT just from a power failure.  I want to be able do a controlled shutdown, then power the computer off (with the wall switch).  Then when i turn teh powr back on, i would like the computer to come back on.

CURRENTLY, the BIOS  setting seems only to work to POWER ON the computer, if the power was turned OFF or FAILED, WHILE the computer was ON.  SO, what i do now, (I am connected to that computer from my other computer, through TightVNC VNP utility), I  SIGN OUT, for all users, then I TURN THE POWER OFF.  When I turn the power back on, the computer comes back on.  BUT I do not like to just TURN the power off, when the computer is on.

IS there any setting to enable COMPUTER  COMES BACK ON on ANY RETURN OF POWER?

If not, is there any other setting that can be used so that the computer can be shut down in an orderly fashion, then turn power off, but when i turn powr back on, i can have the computer turn on?

any info appreciated, thanks

workaround, actually works better, wake on LAN -  this allows for ordered shutdown, i then shut the power, everytiing is off in the enclosed space.  then, remotely turn power abck on, and use nirsoft-wakeMeOnLan, to wake comptuer, then use TightVNC to log into computer

works well
