Product: HP elitedesk 705 g4 35W

Hello, i have a HP elitedesk 705 g4 35W what gives 3 long and 4 short beeps, it indicates power on board failure.
I reduced to minimum configuration (CPU, System board, PSU, 1 DIMM of memory), and still it was beeping / showing light code. Also I tested the pc with multiple PSU
