HP Pavilion - 14-ce3501na
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, my Hp Pavilion ( 14-ce3501na )  - 2 years old  laptop crashed  where it went to the blue repair screen, overheated and then would not turn on. I tried connecting it to the TV to see if it was just the screen that was broken but still nothing.

The Retail where i purchased indicated 10 days to look into.  Hence  have handed my laptop over to a local repair shop where they said the logic board has to be replaced. Suggest if i can go ahead or get it looked into by HP. Any suggestion on how to get it resolved is welcome. thanks

Hello @SivSax .
It is likely that it will be necessary to replace the motherboard since some or more components that are integrated may have been damaged, although there are technicians who are more efficient and replace the parts although this implies more time.
