Product: HP All-in-One PC 27-dp1000i (1K788AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When Turned ON the Power LED stays on HP logo is displayed and then Power ON LED goes OFF 

then when Turned ON again it will again try to boot Windows 11 the microsoft logo then goes round and round 

this process is repeated 3 to 4 times and then eventually it will boot 

Sometimes it boots normally  and sometimes it wont boot 

I updated the BIOS and Drivers but same problem exists
