General procedure if system fails to boot
If step 1 does not work then open the system. Use Aire Duster. Remove all ram sticks.
Put one stick back in and turn back on. Try another ram if necessary
check warranty https://support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
get a repair quote

3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web form and proceed further.
If repair not in budget then consider DIY motherboard replacement.
