HP pavillion desktop all in one very slow to start and quite glitchy. It's a 2011 model that I am unable to upgrade to windows 11

An AIO from that long ago might be in need of some help.  It will not run Windows 11 but it might do better than it is.  Please post the model number as there are many HP All in Ones.

Then post what is expected of this PC.  AIO's from that era where not noted for a good overall experience, depending on what hardware was used.

Processor AMD A6-7400K Radeon R5, compute cored 2C +4G 3.50GHz

8GB Installed RAM

PRODUCT ID 00325 -80000-00000-AAOEM

System: 64 -bit operating system, x64-based processor

Touch screen ten toych points.

I have removed all fikes to an external hard drive which has helped a bit.

Wondering also whether this unit can be used as a second monitor for my HP laptop.
