Pavilion 590
Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Not exactly sure of my OS, so I picked the one that looked closest to ID10T.

Just restarted my desktop and got the diagnostic screen. I can't get it to go away.  F10 at startup does no good. Ran the 1st fast test. Passed. Running second pass because I don't have anything better to do. Any suggestions? I've never had this happen before.

If you read about a middle-aged white lady standing on a ledge and holding an HP tower while screaming,  "I've had it!!!!" that will be me.

Thx

Note: "IOT" ==> "internet Of Things". Imagine a vending machine in the corporate break-room that you can query from your office computer, to tell you which bottle of pop is the coldest?  That is a "thing" with an "Internet" connection.

Does pressing the ESC key (top-left corner of your keyboard) cause an exit from that "diagnostics" mode? Or, "F3". Or "F12" ?

Maybe, it's time to recruit a teenage grand-child who has been using computers since birth?

Or, take it to a professional technician.
