So i recently upgrade my brothers pc by instaling a gt710 into his pc witch caused a lot of issues

first of all this is the problem eveytime i have to boot into windows i have to spam the delete key witch brings me to this menu here no button works only makes noise, after like 2-3 minutes the pc boots into windows like normal and the pc uses the gpu with no problem, i tried to fix this and someone recommended me to get a newer gpu so i got him a gtx 1070 ti even tho i knew it was a bottlekneck for the cpu but it will work since he will upgrade in the future, but now i have the same problem as with the first gpu and even more annoying is that sometimes the pc wont even boot it will go to the same menu then go black screen beep like 4 times and then do nothing it will just stay on without nothing,if i take out the gpu the pc boots into windows in seconds
