Product: OMEN by HP 17t-cb000 CTO

I just "update and shut down"ed my HP Omen 17t and left the room. When I came back, it was on the HP SpareKey Recovery screen (I don't know what that is and have never seen it before). I've tried connecting my USB devices that I own, rebooting with windows+b and ctrl+alt+delete, but it always ends up going back to the sparekey screen. Any suggestions?
