HP Pavilion All - In - One PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My desktop was running fine and I was sitting on it and it was smoothe and everything. When I restarted it, all of a sudden it got me an error message saying the Log file: C:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtTrail.txt is missing. It also gave me another message saying if you need support give them this code BAD_SYSTEM_CONFIG_INFO. M y desktop is starting up always with a message saying its repairing and diagnosing then sending me to this blue screen with options on how to fix it. I don't want to do anything wrong with my computer, so I just need help fixing this problem. Thank you.

@DINAMETA

Welcome to HP forums, I see that you are getting HP startup failure issue on your computer.

  • Did you check if there is a restore point to the date when the computer was working?

If yes, try restoring to an earlier restore point.

Refer this HP document for the steps to restore:- Click here

Run an extensive diagnostics test on the computer to check if there are any hardware failures.

Refer this article to run the test:- Click here

If the test passes, perform a system reset

Let me know how it goes.

To thank me for my efforts to help you, please mark my post as an accepted solution so that it benefits several others.

Cheers.
