Product: HP xw4200 Workstation

Hi All,

 

 

I want to upgrade an old PC to a windows 7 OS. when turning on the PC, it comes up with a blinking cursor on a black screen. Have tried to change the boot order from Hard Drive to DVD and USB but non of them works. it does not even boot from HDD. Also, I have restored the factory settings ... still nothing! 

I can not recall which version of Windows was installed on it.

 

 

any suggestions would be appreciated.
