I turn the computer on, go to the boot menu, and try booting from my usb, i click the option, says click enter to boot, and just switches to weird screen. The image shows what happens after i try booting from a usb. After trying to boot from USB

The USB probably is not bootable.
How did you create the USB? If with Rufus then you should have selected UEFI boot with GPT partition
If it an HP UEFI diagnostic USB they are on longer bootable as of about a year ago.
If it is memtest86 then you need the UEFI version, not the MBR one.

Ok, that didn't work, but when the usb booted up it told me to change some settings in rufus, probably because the computer is bios based, but once i changed those settings, it worked! Thank You!

I have the z400 version with the 6 memory slots. It runs windows 11 with GPT and UEFI thanks to Rufus.
I put it in an ATX case and had to modify the ATX power supply cable for the power supply to work..
It runs fine with RTX-2080Ti
