HP Pavilion p6730f Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just finished transferring all files from my HP6730f desktop to a new HP ENVY desktop, and now I cannot restart the HP6730. It goes through the auto repair routine and keeps cycling back to reboot.  It never gets to a point where the keyboard or mouse become active.  Any idea how I can fix this disaster?

It's hard to know if there's a link.
but how did you proceed for this "transfer"?

Does it have windows 10 installed?

I found the problem...human error...MINE!

I couldn't use my wireless mouse/keyboard because the transmitter came undone from the USB port.

I was able to correct the problem once I made the reconnection.

(Being old has enough challenges without this!)
