Product: ENVY Phoenix 810-160
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am unable to play any html5 game for more than 3 minutes. The games will load perfectly, but soon after the CPU fan starts to increase, after a few minutes have elapsed the PC goes into some type of hibernation mode. The only way to recover is to do a hard power down and restart the PC. some of the same games I play run in flash, these run perfectly but will soon be coming to an end. I have reset the PC back to manufacture default, performed a fresh Windows 10 install. I contacted Nvidia and they recommended a Bios update. My product page does not list a bios update and mine is from 2014. I am looking for any help to solve this issue.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @3.40GHz
RAM: 16GB
OS Build: 19041.630
