HP Pavilion p6-2120 Desktop PC

What is the failure code 64g7u4-000b34-pxpb1g-60uf03.  My PC will not start. It goes into a repair mode then the screen goes black except for some tiny little dots in the middle of the screen going horizontally.

OH!  the code come from doing  a Long and short hard drive dst check. I have not figured out how to send a message to HP.

My PC is a Pavilion P6-2120.

Yes, the failure code means the hard drive has failed, needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

 

The failure code does not really provide any specific information other than providing general information and your PC's serial number which I have removed from the report below.
