Typically that error usually means the hard drive has failed.  While at the screen shown, press the F2 as instructed.

Report back with the results.

Unfortunately, that would indicate the drive has failed or got disconnected.  That will require opening the case to find and replace the drive.

Here is the guide starting on page 9.  It shows where it is located and how to replace the drive.

This guide shows it in a slightly different place but still similar, depending on which location it is. Also page 9

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05160254.pdf

and lastly, here is a guide for just the hard drive replacement

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05158393.pdf

All show about the same thing.  It appears to be a regular SATA 3.5" drive.  1TB drives are easy to locate, purchase and replace.

After the drive is replaced, Windows will need to be reinstalled along with any additional software you may have added.

If you need the install media for Windows 10, you can make it from this Microsoft download

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media"
and then follow the directions. You can make either the DVD or USB. Use this new media to install Windows 10.
When the install asks for the product key, click the "I don't have a product key" option to continue,
then the install will continue. It will be activated once it connects to the internet, as it uses a digital key.
