Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Getting hard disk error when starting up. Running extensive diagnostic test which passed all phases, but still getting error upon reboot. Any ideas?

Please share the product number of the PC and the exact error you get on the PC to assist you better.

 

The error may indicate that your Hard Drive is failing and needs to be replaced. Try reseating the hard drive on your PC and check if it helps.

 

Also, try updating the system diagnostics to the latest version.
