@DiegowG -- the motherboard assigns "3F0" as the address of the device connected to the first SATA socket on the motherboard.
- Check that the SATA cable is tightly connected to that first SATA socket.
- Check that the other end of the SATA cable is tightly connected to the disk-drive.
- Try a different SATA cable.
- Check that one of the "power" leads (from the power-supply) is tightly connected to the disk-drive.
- After having the computer powered-on for 10 minutes, is the disk-drive any warmer to the touch than before the computer was powered on? If not, that is bad -- it should be generating some heat.
- With the computer running, carefully and lightly touch the top of the disk-drive. Not feeling any vibration is a bad sigh.
- With the computer running, listen to any noise from the disk-drive, as the read/write mechanism moves across the recording surface. They should be a small "rattle" (like a few tiny rocks inside an empty jam-jar). No noise means that the mechanism is either not moving, or the motherboard is not requesting it to move, to do any input/output.
Short answer: your disk-drive could have "failed", and it must be replaced.
