Your mechanical disk has gone bad and needs to be replaced.
Check to see if there are any other hardware problems: Watch this video.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics. Do not attempt to update your bios.
I checked here and it appears you do not have cloud factory restore.
Replace your HDD with an SSD and install windows 10 or 11 on it.
I am not sure what exact version of 10 you have, but if you need that windows media pack, you can find it below
