I was just closing all my apps. And out of no where I got a bsod saying the ram filled up. When it restarted it went to bios and said that something is wrong with the hard drive, what could it be? Did it get corrupted?

You have a drive problem with your solid state or hard drive.
If the system boots into windows try running the scan drive tool.
If the drive can be repaired please install the free hard drive sentinel
it can provide more detailed information about the problem such a a bad cable, overheating, controller problem, etc.
