Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15-ed1000 (169W3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My laptop won’t boot up. I took it to a repair shop and they clam it may be a motherboard issues and they couldn’t fix it. Is there anyway I can get the laptop fixed or could I mail it in to HP and have them fix the problem like Apple does?

Go to this page and input the serial number

Since you cannot use the failing PC to look at that page, it might require more info but start there.  You can also click on the Warranty & Repair box for more info.  If it is a warranty repair, they should give info on what to do.  If not in warranty, then, of course, it will require an expense.  Most likely they will just send an already repaired (refurb) unit, instead of your PC.
