Hi @N2PC,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're having trouble accessing the boot menu on your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2022, here are some additional steps you can try.

  • Restart the Computer: Sometimes, the timing of pressing the keys matters. Try restarting the computer and immediately pressing the key for the boot menu repeatedly as soon as the screen turns on.
  • Check the User Manual: Sometimes, different computer models have different key combinations or methods to access the boot menu. Check the user manual for your specific model to ensure you're using the correct key or combination.
  • BIOS Settings: You can also try accessing the boot menu through the BIOS settings. Restart the computer and try pressing the key to enter BIOS setup (often F2, Del, or Esc) instead of the boot menu key. From there, you may find an option to select the boot device.
  • Fast Startup: If your computer has fast startup enabled, it may bypass the key presses during boot. You can disable fast startup in the BIOS or through Windows settings to see if that helps.
  • UEFI vs. Legacy Mode: Depending on how your system is configured (UEFI or Legacy BIOS mode), the method to access the boot menu may vary. You might need to switch between these modes in the BIOS settings.

Try these steps, and hopefully, you'll be able to access the boot menu on your HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop TG01-2022.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
