Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-eh1000 IDS Base Model
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hello everyone. I have a Pavillion Laptop PC 15-eh1000 IDS Base Model. I have an issue with my computer randomly shutting off when I move it around, even after I have put it to sleep. I put it to sleep, put it into my backpack, and go home, and when I take it out and try to turn it on again, it is shut down and reboots. Sometimes when I go to hit the power button, the light flashes at me and doesn't turn on. When I move it again to a different place and go to hit the power button again, it turns on and works fine. I am not sure what is happening to it.
