Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 24-b214

I boot up it immediately is black screen 3 long beeps and 4 short 5x the. Shows me the hp booot screen which reads unsupported adapter installed and then shuts off

Hi @Cspinner41 

 

This status indicates a possible power system failure.

Minimize the configuration ( power supply, 1 memory DIMM, USB ports not use) and then identify the faulty component.

Reduce it further if the problem persists.

Test your system with a known power supply.
