Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have had a HP Desktop M01-F1124 for around 2-3 years now and it’s been working good except for shutting off randomly but that’s a whole other thing, but for some reason I came back to my computer while video editing and it’s been sending me to the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI and won’t let me leave. I’ve tried unplugging my PC, turning it off and clicking exit but it won’t let me leave. I would really like to know how to fix this cause I have a lot of unfinished work I put tens of hours into and don’t want to loose it and have to restart.
