Product: HP Laptop - 15s-gr0006au

My laptop automatically goes into hibernation and locks itself, even while I am actively using it. Whenever this happens, the laptop starts lagging or becomes unresponsive for a while. Additionally, the cooling fan continues running even during this process. This issue occurs repeatedly while I am performing tasks on my laptop, interrupting my work. Please help me identify and resolve the issue.

HP Recommended

Check CPU/GPU temperatures while using it. Download and use Hwinfo (free version) to monitor while working. Check where temperatures stay mostly, when freezes, etc.
