See the troubleshooting guide at the link below, Appendix B, page 60 for the steps to clear the BIOS P/W.

I realize this guide is for the dc5700, but the rp5700 should have the same setup.
You can find the green password jumper just to the lower right of the lowest black memory slot in the picture, and just to the left of the dark blue SATA port.
