Good afternoon,

Anyone know how to get support for a new computer? I've had one that's been locking up with a black screen that I'm working with support on, and they are unwilling to support. I've restored to factory settings and it has not helped. I spoke to a "supervisor" Kamlesh Bhumarkar who sent me to a different number after restoring to factory as I was asked to do. That number had a voicemail that said to email support which started the entire process over.

Needless to say I won't be recommending HP anything or purchasing any HP equipment in the future but I would like to be able to use this new computer if there is some way to actually get support.

Thanks

Greetings @Frustrated379

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Well, I would think your PC has a hardware problem if it continues to lock up or shut down after doing a HP factory OS reset.

Only HP can fix this problem pursuant to your new PC warranty if your PC is in warranty.

You'll have to do the email thing again.

Maybe a HP Forum rep can provide additional assistance. Someone from HP might contact you in this Forum.

I don't work for HP so I cannot provide any assistance.

Regards
