My HDD Died, have replaced it, but cannot change the boot order to run a new install of windows

Hi:

 

You shouldn't have to change the boot order to reinstall Windows.

 

Have your WIndows USB installation media in the USB port.

 

Turn on or restart the PC.

 

Immediately press/tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

 

Select the F9 boot options menu, and from that, select the USB flash drive with the Windows installation files and press the Enter key.

 

The PC should boot from the USB flash drive and load the Windows installation files.
