This nearly always means the primary drive has failed, will need to be replaced, and Windows reinstalled on the PC.

So do I have to buy anything to fix it? I have been looking for months and some things say I have to, some things don't I have no clue really

Can I get a step through step on how to do it somehow, I can't understand what to do.

The document is step-by-step -- as this is NOT a simple matter to diagnose or fix

 

And yes, if the drive is failing or has failed, you would have to buy a replacement drive.
