My computer operating system is currently not working properly. I can not get out of the loging account screen. It's stuck on an account that is not the administrator account I started when I got the pc. I can enter the safe mode but can't reinstall windows 10. I have tried reseting pc failed. I have tried factory reset failed. I ran system check and restore points failed. BIOS system check and boot option failed. I have tried every option I have read in all chat groups I've found online. I don't know what to do even tried to make a USB windows installer and that wound not work cus my laptop could not support the tool needed to make it. I have multiple accounts on the Pc but can't get out of the user log in its stuck on. All happened because I got locked out of my original hotmail email for failed attempts to log in with wrong password and Microsoft will not help me because I don't have the phone number or the authentication app or phone linked to account. I'm just disappointed in all my services for allowing this to happen.. please help..
