Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

i have a HP All-in-One 24-f0028 and out of no where I have a diagnostic boot loop screen and no matter what I do or try it just keeps popping up to the point I can not get into my desktop to perform anything just stuck on a Infinite blue diagnostic screen please help as I use this computer to work n provide for my kids
