How do I make my HP ELITE 8300 SFF boot from dvd.

I cannot get my PC to boot by dvd.  I changed the bios but the splash screen goes by so fast I cannot read the screen

Hi:

Restart the PC, and at the beginning of the HP welcome screen, tap the ESC key to get the menu of options.

Select the F9 boot options menu, select the DVD drive and hit the enter key.

If the PC does not boot from the DVD, you will have to go into the BIOS (tap ESC key at restart, select F10 setup menu>enter key), and you will have to enable legacy mode, and disable secure boot if those settings are not presently set to those.
