HP Compaq 6005 Pro
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So recently I replaced my 250GB HDD with a new 1TB HDD in my HP Compaq 6005 Pro SFF PC. Now when I boot up the system I get a blue box which says: "Enter DriveLock Password".

I don't have a password for it and I tried basic options as NULL, ADMIN or PASSWORD already. After entering the wrong password twice it told me: "Drive not unlocked. Cycle Power to manage DriveLock on this device."

So tried to remove the password. I went into the BIOS by pressing F10, went to the "Security" tab and then to "DriveLock Security". When I clicked on it it told me: "Some hard drives are not listed because their security states cannot be changed. Cycle power to manage DriveLock on these devices."

So what does "Cycle power" mean? And how do I remove this DriveLock from my HDD?
