I have a 4 year old HP Envy All-in-One desktop PC with with Windows 10 Home (64-bit), Model 27-b015qe, SN [Private information removed]. It came with a 128G SSD boot drive, and a 1T secondary hard drive. It will no longer boot into Windows, and the blue screen message reads: Boot Device Not Found, Please install an operating system on your hard disk, Hard Disk - (3F0). System Diagnostics doesn't find any errors, but the BIOS says the SSD is only 1G in size, which is obviously incorrect. It's a Samsung Model MZVPU128HDGM-000H1. I'm guessing this means I have to replace it, but how would I reinstall Windows?

Hi:
It appears that your PC is supported by the HP cloud recovery tool.
What I recommend you do is to use another Windows PC with W7 64 bit or newer and use the HP cloud recovery tool to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
I also recommend that you temporarily disconnect the hard drive, because I don't know how intuitive this software is and it may install W10 on your 1 TB storage drive instead of the SSD.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...
HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7) | HP® Customer Support
You can also clean install W10 on the new SSD by making bootable installation media using the media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

Thank you so much for your assistance! I replaced the failed 128G SSD with a 1T SSD and have a brand new machine! It's incredible that 1T SSD strips and drives are now priced at $100 or so (and this was a genuine HP part)!
