How do I schedule a script a Cronjob on a T520 ThinPro(linux)?

Hi All

I can schedule a Cron as root or user and it works for that session.

I have tried doing fsunlock  and fslock before the scheduling.

I have tried to create an @reboot or added something to rc.local.

The rc.local file persists but I don't see the script running.

Should I schedule scripts through the  "HP Device Manager"  console?

Any help or suggestion will be appreciated.

According to the manual on page 66.  Document c04779649.pdf

"In HP ThinPro, you can use the crontab command to create a periodic task."

It means it is supported but it does not work on my device.
