I don't know how to change it from bios to UEFI  because also turning on secure boot gives the error

>>>Checking Media Presence...

>>>Media Present...

>>>Start PXE over IPV4...

and there is no option that says like UEFI support in bios.

Hi:

You can't change the BIOS mode from Legacy to UEFI without reinstalling Windows in EFI mode.

You got the error you referenced because when W10 is installed in Legacy mode, the drive is formatted with the MBR partition table.

When Windows is installed in UEFI mode, the drive is formatted with the GPT partition table, which uses a different boot structure than it does in MBR.

So, a drive formatted with the MBR partition table cannot boot when the BIOS is set to UEFI/Secure boot and visa versa.

So, what you do is to reinstall W10 in EFI mode by booting the installation media from the EFI USB or DVD boot source, vice the Legacy USB or DVD boot source.

After W10 has been installed in EFI mode, you can enable secure boot.

You can see my PC's system information screenshot for the difference.

Your PC's BIOS mode will indicate Legacy and the Secure boot state will be off.
