Hi everyone,
My HP desktop is stuck in a boot loop, restarting repeatedly without fully loading Windows. I've tried basic troubleshooting like disconnecting peripherals and checking the power supply, but no luck. Could it be a hardware issue, or is this more likely software-related? Any specific steps or tools you'd recommend to fix this?
