How to change Resolution in the startup menu

I was trying to play a game but it sent me to a black screen saying “Input signal out of range”and so I thought it was talking about the resolution I was using so I changed it in Intel graphics panel and it made my whole pc black saying “input signal out of range”.Now I can”t open anything except the startup menu and don’t know what to do.I’ve tried restarting it a lot of times and the only thing I can open is the startup menu.If you have a solution to this or, tell me what to do from the start up menu can you email me?
