@Roy007Bull, Hello and welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your question. I'm here to help you get things back on track.

If you're looking to completely reset your HP All-in-One desktop to its original factory settings, here are the steps you can follow. This process will remove all personal files, apps, and settings, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding.

Option 1: Reset from Windows (if your PC boots normally)

  1. Click the Start menu and select Settings.
  2. Go to System > Recovery.
  3. Under Recovery options, click Reset this PC.
  4. Choose Remove everything to perform a full factory reset.
  5. Select Local reinstall or Cloud download (Cloud download requires internet).
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.

Option 2: Reset using HP Recovery (if Windows won’t start)

  1. Turn off the computer.
  2. Turn it back on and immediately press the F11 key repeatedly until the Choose an option screen appears.
  3. Select Troubleshoot > Reset this PC.
  4. Choose Remove everything.
  5. Follow the prompts to complete the reset.
