If you're looking to completely reset your HP All-in-One desktop to its original factory settings, here are the steps you can follow. This process will remove all personal files, apps, and settings, so make sure to back up any important data before proceeding.
Option 1: Reset from Windows (if your PC boots normally)
- Click the Start menu and select Settings.
- Go to System > Recovery.
- Under Recovery options, click Reset this PC.
- Choose Remove everything to perform a full factory reset.
- Select Local reinstall or Cloud download (Cloud download requires internet).
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
