I have an HP Omen with a 13th Gen i9 CPU and a 4090 RTX card. The system has stability issues for months and has reched the point where it can't even boot from USB to reset or reinstall Windows. Troubleshooting indicates the CPU has failed, and being a 13th gen Intel, is covered under an extended warranty for repair from HP.
However, there is no way for me to contact HP Support to start the support process. I have tried the virtual agent and different contact points on the website. Can someone please assist? Thank you.

Greetings @Gnashy
Welcome to the HP Forum.
Opinions or troubleshooting suggestions in this response are provided independently. I am not employed by: HP, Inc. or the HP Forum.
Getting a replacement Intel CPU at no charge if your PC is out of the standard one year warranty period may be a hot potato.
HP's defective Intel 13th Gen and 14th Gen CPU replacement position, as of 8-7-2024, according to The Verge is:
"HP is aware of Intel’s recent announcement extending warranties on 13th and 14th Generation desktop processors experiencing microcode instability issues. We will honor Intel’s extended warranty of two years on impacted processors and we are working closely with Intel on how to best manage this process for our customers".
The only way, I know of, to contact HP for hardware support is by starting the process at this Site.
Maybe a HP Rep in this Forum can provide additional: clarification or assistance.
