How to enable USB ports in bios or clear cmos.

So, i have HP All-in-One - 24-g051ur and i accidently disable All usb ports via bios (usb secure).

 Now I cannot enter BIOS because the keyboard does not work. (esc, f10, del, win + b don't work). The operating system is not installed. 

I tried to clear the cmos by disconnecting the bios battery for 1-2 minutes. (with pressing the power button for up to 1 minute). After clearing the cmos, when the power cable is connected, the pc starts up immediately and restarts 2-3 times with a black screen. After that I was getting the following picture, it looks like the cmos has been cleared ...

But, after rebooting, the keyboard still does not work.

Also on the motherboard (hawaii-2g) there are 10 pins with one jumper. To clear the cmos, the jumper position is 1-2. But what should I do with it? 1) set a jumper 1-2 pins when the power is off? 2) set the jumper to 1-2 pins and turn on the power for a few seconds, turn off, open pins 1-2, turn on again?

I understand that you would like to enable the USB port on the BIOS and perform the CMOS reset.

Have you tried with a different wired keyboard?

Hard Reset:

1) Shutdown the computer.  

2) Unplug all the Adapter and peripherals connected.  

3) Remove the Battery. ( not for Built-in Battery computer ) 

4) Press and hold down the power button for 15 to 20 seconds.  

5) Plug-in the Adapter and put the Battery back into the computer if it's a (removable battery)

6) Try to turn on the computer and check, If the issue persists continue next step

Set BIOS default and restart:

1. Restart your notebook.
2. During startup, press F10 repeatedly until the BIOS menu is displayed.
3. Once the BIOS menu is displayed, press F9 to restore factory defaults.
4. Select Yes to confirm.
5. Press F10 to save changes and exit.
6. Select Yes to confirm.
7. The computer restarts using the default settings.

CMOS reset:

Step 1. Press and hold the Windows key and V key on your keyboard and then Power Button

Step 2. Hold all 3 keys for 5 seconds

Step 3. Release Power Button

Step 4. Continue holding Win + V for 5s

HP has locked a few settings on your computer which are being managed by the system configuration as the device is configured to its optimal performance. 

  

There's no way of resetting or changing these locked settings via HP articles or assistance, 

You could unlock and make changes at your own discretion using 3rd party tools, however, HP doesn't recommend the same nor has information about the tools used.
