How to find Bitlocker Recovery Key

I can’t log into my computer because it is asking for a Bitlocker recovery key. Where do I go to access that information?

I appreciate it but I have already tried that and apparently my device doesn’t exists on my account. Do you know if there is a customer service number I can call to speak to an actual agent?

You're wasting your time trying to contact HP for assistance on this -- I wish folks would tell you this up front!

Why? Because the BitLocker key is unique to each and every PC. HP has no record of yours, nor do they have any way to obtain that key for you.
