I have already installed windows 10 pro but it's not working properly so I am purchasing a new window 10 pro and key so how to install in my laptop and also I have a bootable pendrive

Microsoft controls this, not HP. Please use the following Guide from Microsoft:

 

                     Upgrade Windows Home to Windows Pro
